Paul Rumore was born in Philadelphia and grew up in the suburban town of Collegeville. Throughout his teenage years, he gave his life wholeheartedly to sports, academics, and the things of this world. In 2006, Paul began college at Wingate University in North Carolina, where he desired to earn a degree or two and live the American dream. However, during his second week at Wingate, he had a radical encounter with the Holy Spirit and the truth of God’s Word. He immediately left all of his old ways behind, and God soon put a new dream within him: to love and follow Jesus with all of His heart.
Paul then served as a student leader for Campus Outreach Ministries at Wingate for three years, while studying Religion with a concentration in Biblical Greek.
After college, Paul returned to Philadelphia and soon came on full time staff with PTOD, where he has since served as Assistant to the Director, helping to network with various pastors and ministry leaders in the region, coordinating monthly ministry events, writing a bi-monthly prophetic update for leaders called “For the City,” and spending many hours in intercession and leading prayer gatherings.
